Orders are normally prepared within 3–5 business days before shipment. During limited drops, processing may take slightly longer.

Tracking details are sent to the email address or phone number entered during checkout as soon as a label is created.

GLOBAL ZA is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will always help you track a package down.
